Acceptance and switching of external and internal telephone calls Grant of patient-related information Registration of telephony/Internet for our patients* Key management Emergency team alert Monitoring the fire alarm, the door alarm and further alarm messages Camera surveillance of fixed areas Takeover of administrative tasks (e.g. running a digital cash register) Regular participation in training Working hours in early and late service and night service as well as weekends and holidays
