As an essential part of our interdisciplinary team from pedagogue:inside, psychologist:inside, you accompany young people and adults on their very personal path into the training or labour market. You don't work according to rigid scheme F, but you focus on the individual needs and resources of the human being: Creating perspectives together: In intensive, personal consulting settings (single and group coachings), you will discover hidden strengths together with your participants, awaken self-help workers and develop reliable, motivating life and professional perspectives. Structure and safety: You are the rock in the fire when it comes to building regulated daily structures, to gently stabilise the health resilience and to restore the often lost self-confidence. Building bridges into the economy: As part of the vocational training programme (BvB), you acquire suitable internships and training places and accompany our participants directly into the regional enterprises – up to the successful, sustainable inclusion in the general labour market. Professional networking: You are in close, trusted exchange with your interdisciplinary team, the responsible cost-beneficiaries, as well as medical and psychological professionals to ensure holistic care.

You always meet people from a wide range of life worlds with profound empathy, deep respect and consistently at eye level – values that also shape our daily team together. You have a completed study of social education or Social work, medical, rehabilitation or special education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master). You have at least 1 year experience in the professional and social integration of young people. You have knowledge of the educational landscape and the requirements in the professions and trainings. You have the pleasure of finding creative ways of solving yourself and making individual consulting settings varied. Ideally, you have a class B and your own car.
