Working Student - Support in Organization & IT-Related Project Environment (m/w/d)*

In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student for our Quickborn site at the earliest possible time - support in Organisation & IT-nahe Projektumfeld (m/w/d)*.

Support for various tasks related to operation, support and further development and in the Project Management Office. Participation in the design and optimization of our support and operating models. Organization and support of workshops and creation of user documentation and wiki articles. Support for dispatching and tracking of tickets and support requests.

You are ideally in an STEM course or in the business or business Engineering immatriculated. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1), English skills are of advantage. You are technically versed, you like to work in new applications. You have first experiences in the project management environment or you are interested in developing yourself in this area. You'd like to have first knowledge in handling Help-Desk-Sotware (such as Jira and Service Now). You are looking for a long-term working student activity that can be well agreed with your studies – even remotely.
