They are responsible for the environmental management area according to DIN EN ISO 14001 In addition, you support work security and are direct contact persons for management and executives They control and implement the legal requirements (safety, environment, hazardous substances and waste) and create an EHS annual report in cooperation with the leading specialist in occupational safety In cooperation with various stakeholders, you will develop and implement measures to prevent accidents and are contact persons for the topics of occupational safety, health protection, environmental protection and waste As an operational manager, maintain waste and manage waste management at GEKA In addition, you create training documents, carry out training in terms of responsibilities transfer, advise supervisors on training and instruction and introduce the EHS area to our new employees on the day of introduction

They have a successfully completed technical study (environmental management of advantage) or optionally multi-year relevant professional experience in the field of EHS; ideally there is interest or prior knowledge of ISO 50001 Professional experience in the field of EHS of a manufacturing company They bring strong communication skills and good English skills with A safe way to handle the issue of Cause Analysis You have experience with reporting tools, have good MS Office skills and are happy to deal with SAP and other data processing systems Good team skills as well as an independent, structured and careful way to complete your profile
