As a dedicated STACKITEER, you are part of the STACKIT Products division. Our products and services are developed, tested and improved here.

As a Frontend Engineering Manager (m/w/d), you are a team of talented frontend developers and a key player in building and developing our cloud portal. You shape the user experience of our customers and make sure that our portal is intuitive, performant, scalable and future-proof.

Your tasks:

• You support your employees' individual strengths and actively support them in achieving their career goals
• You are looking for and finding the right candidates to further increase the quality of our work
• You are responsible for design, development, provision and maintenance of our cloud services and are critically involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the services.
• You carry out code reviews and make sure that the code meets our requirements. Scalability, wartability and correctness correspond.
• You are in close cooperation with the fields of product management, design and backend development and contribute significantly to the technical vision of the product and its roadmap

Your profile:

• You have completed your studies in computer science, engineering or related fields
• You have already gained more than 5 years of experience in the front-end development and implementation of software products with modern web frameworks, such as Angular, React or Vue.js,
• You have more than 3 years of experience in a technical leadership position including monitoring of projects and have already had at least 2 years of personnel responsibility
• You have a strong problem-solving and communication capability
• You can communicate safely in German and English
