IT Service Manager (m/w/d) You take responsibility for ensuring, controlling and continuously developing our IT services. The implementation and optimization of our ITILv4 processes, in particular in the areas of Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management, are actively involved. External service providers coordinate and tax you economically and target-oriented, thereby ensuring effective provider management. With your commitment, you ensure a high quality of service and create meaningful reports for different stakeholders. As a central contact person, you will consult our IT service topics and work confidently with internal and external partners. In addition, you are actively involved in IT Asset Management as well as in procurement and purchasing processes in the IT environment. Participation in the 24/7 on-demand call support completes your versatile task profile.

You have completed your studies or training in the IT field or a comparable qualification and have already gained several years of experience in IT service management. With ITILv4 processes, ITSM tools as well as IT infrastructures around clients, networks, servers and cloud technologies, you are well aware of yourself. You can also share experiences in the provider management. You communicate with different stakeholders and you can understand complex technical topics. You can speak German in a safe manner in C1 level, English in word and writing. Also in challenging situations, you work reliably and willingness to participate in 24/7-on-demand call support. Knowledge of outsourcing, contract and supplier management as well as IT-assesset management and purchasing are a plus.
