Sales Engineer Service Internal Sales (m/f/d)

You advise end customers and operators worldwide on all technical issues You create, test (technically and commercially) and submit offers as well as orders for products, assemblies and parts in the service for global customer groups You take over the complete handling of customer orders and, if necessary, of service operations You support associated subsidiaries technically and are consulted You deal with complaints and disorders worldwide, including assessment, introduction of measures, tracking and correspondence You are responsible for the global complaint process as well as the processing of warranty, cunning and exchange cases with the aim of high customer satisfaction

You have a completed training for technicians or masters, a study of electrical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable qualification You have experience in energy technology You ideally bring service experience in the environment of capital goods with You are characterized by organisational talent and a pronounced process and system understanding You communicate in English in a safe manner, further language skills are desirable
