Do you want to take responsibility in international sales and successfully manage complex customer projects? As Sales Manager (m/w/d) in the area of C4I Systems, you play a versatile role along the entire sales process. Your tasks: International sales (usually order intake responsibility) of products of the assigned business unit Active international relationship management with customers, agents and partners Identification of further sales potentials and their use Contract negotiations with the customer Conducting competitive analyses in the relevant markets in cooperation with the Business Development Presentation of the product portfolio at the customer Development and preparation of customer-specific marketing and supply strategies Analysis of procurement processes and channels of contracting entities Professional leadership of offer teams and creation of offers

Technical university degree or BWL university degree and good technical understanding International sales experience in the defence industry English language skills (in word and writing), further language skills of advantage Self-confident and safe occurrence as well as targeted working High intercultural competence as well as strong negotiating ability Embossed network and communication skills Global readiness
