As a machine operator (m/w/d) in Minden, you are looking for a smooth run on the machine and keeps in mind quality, speed and safety. The focus is on operating, monitoring and easy readjustment of production plants and on a clean documentation of the work steps.

• You set up machines for the ongoing production process and start the plants safely.
• During production, you monitor the machine functions, detect deviations early and quickly and control malfunctions.
• Small adjustments to settings and parameters are carried out independently to keep production stable.
• The ongoing quality control is part of your everyday life so that the manufactured parts or products meet the requirements.
• Material is supplied by you, tested and refilled if necessary so that the supply of the machine remains secure.
• Workflows and production data are documentable and carefully.

A reliable profile with first experience or interest in the operation of machines and technical equipment is sought. A careful working style, a good eye for quality and the willingness to take part in the production environment are important.

• Ideally, you bring first professional experience as machine operators, plant managers, production staff or in a similar field.
• Basic technical understanding helps you to safely operate machines and understand simple processes quickly.
• A precise and responsible way of working is important, especially in quality control and documentation.
• Layer readiness should be available so that you can react flexibly to production.
• The working time and the shift models depend on the operational use and require appropriate availability.
• Teamability, reliability and a calm appearance in the current production day complete your profile.
• German language and writing skills are helpful to understand instructions, workflows and documentation.
