Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Ensuring procurement, inventory management and shipping of materials, equipment and/or services for high-tech manufacturing and non-production products
• Coordination of material procurement of manufacturing material
• Main contact partner:for all tasks related to operational material (e.g. planning and creation of material, order tracking, forecast validation)
• Interface and order management in coordination with sales and production
• Checking new customer orders
• Coordination of the delivery of the products to customers and the issue of shipping documents
• Cooperation with creditor accounting to resolve billing and payment problems

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Complete technical/economic studies or comparable training
• Professional experience in procurement/purchasing goods and production materials
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
