Working in the team: You are actively involved in our HR team at the Augsburg location, work closely with the recruiting and personal marketing department and also take over all the processes of administrative support in applicant management incl. Pre-Screenings of applications up to coordination of interview dates Take responsibility: You take responsibility for creating and switching job advertisements on selected job portals and identify suitable channels Managing Projects: You actively participate in the development of future-oriented HR topics and support various projects related to recruiting, personal marketing and employer branding (e.g. workshops, recruiting events, career fairs, web/print content, online campaigns, etc.) Realizing ideas: You have first knowledge in recruiting and personal marketing and guide your own concrete action recommendations and improvements with your personal CHECKito spirit Measure and ensure quality: You are contact for all Recruiters and Hiring Managers in the occupation of open positions incl. Reporting
