Your tasks in detail: Documentation of processes and workflows for internal knowledge backup, creation and updating of user-friendly instructions and manuals for our software products (Confluence) Participate in internal communication to effectively convey changes. Supporting our internal customers:inside around the use of software Conception and editing of learning videos to understand complex content (Camtasia, Synthesia) Establishment of projects and configuration of digital processes in the field of digital deficiencies management and fire protection documentation Maintenance and updating of project-relevant content, in particular in connection with digital protocols Posting news and updates on our internal media channels (MS teams)
