The COO-Office Real Estate and Project Financing (COO-Office IPF) is an essential and versatile unit within the LBBW. As a link between the Group, the sales units and our participations, we take a central role and take on challenging tasks such as strategic reporting, business development and management of investments. Our work also includes the establishment of efficient processes, the implementation of governance guidelines and the initiation of control impulses. Through our coordinating and controlling function, we ensure the efficient implementation of projects as well as compliance with regulatory and strategic requirements.

During your 18-month trainee program, you will not only get to know the relevant topics but can also contribute to the long-term orientation and success of the real estate and project financing segment. In addition, you may have the unique opportunity to spend a one-month abroad at our branch in London. Your tasks: Active cooperation as a full-fledged team member in COO-Office real estate and project financing from the first day Successive takeover of responsibility for selected topics such as working up and analysis of controlling data, supplying your own data to controlling/risk controlling, monitoring the implementation of governance guidelines Supporting our specialist and business partners in various tasks such as the creation and processing of reports and inventory-relevant documents, strategic and operational support of projects on the topics of digitization, sustainability, communication, marketing and the strategic development of the segment, coordination and professional preparation of committee meetings of our participations, as well as the further development of the educational and talent program in the segment Technical support for the development of our software solution for the imaging of business in the segment

Your profile: A completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on economics or economic engineering, or a completed bank training with a completed bank business economist is the basis for your entry.
