Your tasks: Requirement Engineering & Backlog Management: Formulate and document user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for AI-based features in the field of administrative practice workflows.

Backlog and Priority Responsibility: Priority for Customer Value, technical effort and regulatory requirements (e.g. C5) to achieve maximum benefit for practice teams and companies.

Stakeholder Coordination: Perform reviews with business professionals, medical experts and AI teams; translate technical requirements into implementable tasks for front and backend.

Release and Go-to-Market planning: Plane sprints, releases and rollouts in close coordination with DevOps. Make sure AI functions go live safely, performant and compliant.

Ownership: Wear product responsibility for your AI area – from idea to go level.

That's what you bring: Multiannual experience as a product owner or business analyst in software projects, ideally in the healthcare or highly regulated environment.

Understanding the functioning and limitations of AI, including LLMs, Prompt design and API integration – acquired through concrete projects or professional practice.

Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, C5, Security & Compliance) as a solid part of everyday product.

Strong communication talent, agile mindset (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to make strategic decisions under time pressure.

German and English (each C1).
