The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Support for supply systems: They maintain and maintain our operational facilities, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation and lifting systems, as well as the water transfer station You regularly agree with the competent object team on technical topics and tasks You install and check safety and monitoring devices such as shut-off and control valves, filters, temperature sensors and pressure gauges You carry out regular maintenance and inspection work on the plants and carefully document your work General master's activities: They regularly monitor the construction and technical condition of the supervised buildings and outer surfaces, pay attention to traffic safety and eliminate sources of danger They carry out smaller craft work – both indoor and outdoor They take over the assignment, supervision and control of foreign companies and contribute to the acceptance of services You read measuring devices and reliably document consumption data They support us in the examination and maintenance of technical facilities and always keep in mind statutory audit periods – e.g. for elevators, heating systems, fire protection devices or emergency power plants

Qualification: Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering or comparable qualification (w/m/d) Competences: Knowledge and professional experience in the object/characteristic service and the building/plant technology are the basic prerequisite Other: Usefulness and physical loadability Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills and good understanding Good communication skills as well as pronounced customer and service orientation, ability to work on a team Funded application knowledge of the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) as well as the readiness to operate a service phone are absolutely necessary Driving licence class B/3 driving service car (also as a self-driver) Ready to operate various technical devices as well as to climb ladders and treads and enter narrow technical spaces Participation in (tlw. multi-day) training and willingness to travel
