Accounting & Tax Specialist (m/f/d)

Supporting the accounting of several holding companies in close coordination with external tax advisors Participation in monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and accompanying tax returns Analysis of tax issues in the context of national and international investment interface to internal participation managers; Support for corporate law issues Accompanying audits and selected projects in the investment environment Ensuring and further developing the final and tax documentation

(m/w/d) or studies with a focus on accounting / tax, ideally complemented by a further education on accounting (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in accounting and tax environments – for example in a tax consultancy or audit firm or in comparable structures Knowledge of commercial and tax law Experience in holding structures, family offices or complex business environments is a clear plus Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; DATEV knowledge of advantage Structured, independent and reliable operation
