The senator for finance intends to occupy the following place at the earliest possible date in the section 02 (internal revision, anti-corruption officer*r, internal reporting agency within the meaning of the EU-Whistleblower Directive, competent body of the third-party department:

with the grade A 14 or salary group 14 TV-L The task of Unit 02 includes, in particular, the internal revision for the organisational units of the senator's department for finance and other departments, as well as the issues of anti-corruption, internal reporting centre within the meaning of the EU-Whistleblower Directive and the competent body of the third party division. The internal audit is designed to provide quality assurance and to support the supervision of the management officers and to verify the legality, regularity, expediency and cost-effectiveness of the tasks and the use of personnel and financial resources as well as the entire administrative trade.

The designated body shall include the following tasks: inter-resort and cross-border affairs of the internal revision pursuant to Section 12 of the Internal Audit Regulation (IR-VO); accompanying the permanent working group internal revision of the department; audits on the basis of annual audit plans, focusing on the senator's role in finance; ancillary audits based on special events and special audit orders; contact person for other departments without their own internal revision on their behalf; quality assurance of the test results and process optimization; Support for the management of the services in the creation of the risk disaster pursuant to § 3 para. 10 IR-VO; Advising management officers in audit-relevant matters; internal reporting point within the meaning of the EU whistleblower directive; the competent body of the department in accordance with the administrative regulation on the acceptance and use of amounts from sponsorship, advertising, donations and patronage donations for the financing of public tasks of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen; Dismissal of the Head of Unit.

Take this with you: Qualification for the category 2, second entry office or a university degree successfully completed with a master or equivalent degree with a focus on administration, business management or decision management; well-founded knowledge and experience in auditing and testing, ideally also in the field of anti-corruption; knowledge of budgetary, administrative and procurement law, collective bargaining, labour law and employment law, and the willingness to work thoroughly in self-study.
