In doing so, you identify and unlock new business areas based on profound market and competitive analyses and thereby guide growth options You develop and design innovative, industrial insurance products and continuously optimize our existing product portfolio You analyze our portfolio and guide targeted measures for further development You work closely with sales, specialist departments, risk carriers and other partners to develop tailor-made marketing strategies and successfully position our solutions on the market You are a contact person for complex questions on the interpretation of our insurance conditions and supports the specialist areas with sound assessments You pass on your know-how in specialist training and support the knowledge transfer in the company You design, shape and rework insurance conditions, clauses and performance descriptions You check our conditional works on legal, regulatory and professional requirements and at the same time ensure an understandable language

Due to the planned expansion of our commercial business, you bring outstanding expertise in commercial insurance A resilient network of insurance companies, reinsurers and other key partners in the industry are of great advantage Very good industry knowledge and excellent understanding of the risk and insurance market are absolutely necessary Extensive knowledge of industrial product development and negotiation A completed university degree with a focus on insurance or economics or a comparable qualification Embossed analytical skills and safe handling of statistical methods Strategic thinking, high earnings orientation and entrepreneurial judgment Very good communication skills in German and English as well as sovereign appearance
