They are part of the small HR team as a personnel officer. The main focus of your work is the preparation of wages and salaries (the actual billing takes place with an external service provider), the associated administration (certification/registration, billing interface, BAV, job wheel etc.) as well as the cooperation or acquisition of interesting projects: e.g. the establishment of a complete pay/ salary bill, digitization projects etc. The office is the company headquarters, part time is desired (between 15 and 25 hours / week) and remote working conditions are possible. They report to the staff management.

On the basis of a solid commercial training, you have already acquired professional experience in the area of wage/ salary in an industrial or service company.
