Processing & monitoring of customer bonus according to our internal guidelines Business Partnering: Professional consultancy of department employees, sales, internal and external stakeholders in matters of credit management for customers Process responsibility: Ensuring and optimising the sub-processes within the framework of specialist responsibility Staff management: Discipline and professional leadership of the team’s employees Reporting: Building appropriate reporting, analysis and derivation of appropriate measures Implementation of training measures Responsibility of cross-functional and international projects Construction and maintenance of an international network within the Hilti Group

Master's degree programme, ideally focusing on controlling, accounting, finance or business management Professional experience in finance (controlling or accounting) or financial advice First leadership experience is advantageous Joy in cooperation with different stakeholders as well as pronounced communication skills across different functions and hierarchical levels Very good communication skills German and English as well as high persuasion and enforcement You want to develop in the long term towards an international leadership role and bring appropriate international mobility (readiness to travel and move)
