Planning, coordination and control of our HR projects and integration processes (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) Monitoring, harmonisation and optimization of current HR projects / processes Project controlling combined with sound understanding of software and system interfaces Contact persons for internal stakeholders in the introduction of new processes and ensuring successful implementation in the context of the digitization and automation of HR processes Compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards as well as legal requirements (GDPR, corporate guidelines, obligations, etc.) during the project cycle

Studies Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Economics with a focus on project management, controlling or human resources Mind. 5 years of professional experience in HR ideally with experience in o.g. tasks Multiannual practical experience with SAP (ideally SuccessFactors) Knowledge and experience with professional project management methods such as SCRUM Strong communication and organizational ability, analytical thinking, enthusiasm for digital HR solutions and targeted working German and English skills Readiness to travel
