After-Sales and Service Lead (m/f/d)

Planning, prioritization and coordination of maintenance, service and fault operations including annual planning and coordination with customers and service technicians Technical and operational coordination of service technicians and ensuring complete work preparation and support for technical problems Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and active support for existing and potential customers Creation and further development of service and maintenance contracts and identification of additional service potentials Examination and approval of service reports and coordination and follow-up work Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and customer requirements Economic control of service and maintenance orders with regard to budget, working hours, material and work Continuous optimization and standardization of our service and aftersales processes

You work independently, proactively and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. You bring a strong sense of quality, security and responsibility. You think not only technically, but also commercially and economically. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a technical, industrial or service-oriented function A pronounced customer and service orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideally you bring:

Experience in the management or coordination of service technicians or technical staff Technical understanding in the field of emergency power supply, energy systems and/or data center infrastructure Experience in the planning and coordination of service, maintenance or fault operations Commercial understanding and a good sense of cost, budgets and economic relationships
