Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Supporting the execution activities for electronic low touch, portfolio and high touch orders in line with the Desk Strategy and the Control Framework Participation in daily customer support: answering enquiries, coordinating follow ups and ensuring a timely solution of problems Contribution to customer development together with senior colleagues, including the creation of customer documents and analyses to support the growth goals monitoring market news and trade flows; Translation of relevant topics into ideas to support customer discussions and execution possibilities Cooperation with internal partners (sales, trading, legal, credit and other stakeholders) to deliver solutions compliant and timely Support of risk and P&L monitoring processes, with escalation of deviations and problems to line management Introducing ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize desk processes and customer experience
