About the team You will join the Cash Equity Execution Team in Frankfurt within Global Markets (Institutional Sales). The Desk supports institutional customers with execution solutions for cash equities via low touch, portfolio trading and high touch flow, thereby fulfilling internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

Your role As a graduate in Equity Execution, you support the team in providing first-class equity performances for institutional customers. You learn how electronic and high-touch trade workflows work, build market and product knowledge and contribute to customer service, risk awareness and Desk initiatives – always with close supervision of experienced team members.

Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Supporting the execution activities for electronic low touch, portfolio and high touch orders in line with the Desk Strategy and the Control Framework Participation in daily customer support: answering enquiries, coordinating follow ups and ensuring a timely solution of problems Contribution to customer development together with senior colleagues, including the creation of customer documents and analyses to support the growth goals monitoring market news and trade flows; Translation of relevant topics into ideas to support customer discussions and execution possibilities Cooperation with internal partners (sales, trading, legal, credit and other stakeholders) to deliver solutions compliant and timely Support of risk and P&L monitoring processes, with escalation of deviations and problems to line management Introducing ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize desk processes and customer experience

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Bachelor or Master's degree (e.g. financial engineering, engineering, mathematics, economics, econometry or the like) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, good French skills are important First relevant experience in the financial sector with a sound understanding of the capital markets Strong market and industry knowledge with the ability to track developments independently and react early to changing market conditions Embossed numerical and analytical capabilities as well as high detail accuracy Interest in financial markets and trading of shares or the like. Clear communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Programming skills are advantageous (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, C++) Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
