HR Administrator (m/w/d) Hours: Full time, 40 hours Location: Hamburg, Germany As HR Administrator/Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), you are a central part of our HR team in Germany and ensure that the administrative processes work smoothly from entry to exit. In this context, you will address colleagues from both the commercial and commercial sectors, distributed across Germany and involved in an international environment. With your view for details and your affinity for HR systems and reporting, you can efficiently shape processes, take operational responsibility and actively contribute to projects.

Independent handling of all administrative personnel processes – from entry to exit Creation and maintenance of work contracts, contract changes and other personal documents Contact for employees and managers in all administrative HR topics Care, updating and quality assurance of personnel master data in our HR systems Creation of statistics, reports and evaluations related to HR topics for internal and external stakeholders Support for operational integration management Active cooperation in various HR projects and the acquisition of own task packages Preparatory pay bill support (optional)

completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, with a focus on staff Multiannual experience in operational personnel work, in particular in HR administration Good knowledge of German labour law and social security law Experience in handling HR systems and MS Excel; ideally experience with Power BI interest in data, systems and digital processes; ideally also experience in creating reports and evaluations Structured, independent and reliable operation with view for details Team spirit, communication strength and a high level of service orientation Safe appearance in an international matrix structure as well as very good knowledge of German and English
