Your career at OMS As a branch manager (m/w/d) in Frankfurt, you are responsible for the operating business of the site in an organizational and economic sense.

You have the overall responsibility for smooth processes, process quality and achievement and implement the corporate strategy at the site level.

You have a successfully completed economic and/or electrotechnical training or study You have an understanding of economics and figures You have several years of experience in employee management You know how to motivate a team and have empathy and communication skills You work independently, reliably and have a hands-on mentality You think entrepreneurial to achieve goals and advance continuous improvements You bring travel and driving licence class B
