Manager:in Process Integration & System Architecture (m/w/d) We are looking for you for our area of Energy Trading IT at the Aachen site.

Expert work – Strategic control and operational implementation of software development and integration projects; development and maintenance of a scalable and future-proof software architecture as well as corresponding software products; promoting and implementing agile development methods; Budget responsibility and resource planning (internal/external) detailed work – responsibility for process integration between systems, applications and disciplines; Ensuring code quality, documentation, test coverage and release management teamwork – close cooperation with specialist departments, IT architecture, quality management, project management, IT operations and external service providers; Strengthening interdisciplinary team competencies through targeted personnel development and knowledge transfer Directional work – Head of department with professional and disciplinary responsibility

Education – Completed studies with a focus on (economic)informatics, software engineering, energy management with IT focus or a comparable qualification Qualification – Detectional competence in the management of software development and/or process integration projects as well as in the professional and disciplined leadership of development and interdisciplinary project teams; Experience in building and developing complex IT system landscapes in the cloud (including IT strategy development, roadmaps and budget responsibility) expertise – extensive know-how in processes of energy trading, energy marketing and energy delivery; very good knowledge in process analysis, modelling and optimization as well as in software architecture, development processes and methods; reliable knowledge of German and English Personality – Strong team and service orientation (especially internal customers); high sense of responsibility; strong leadership skills; own initiative; Communication strength
