In this role, you act as a central interface between users, departments, international IT teams and external partners and accompany exciting transformation, integration and migration projects in a dynamic aviation environment. Ensuring and coordinating a stable local IT day business central interface between users, departments, IT of the parent company, existing IT service providers and the previous IT organization; Takeover of IT projects Coordination of local IT support, processing or forwarding user requests and ensuring a structured ticket processing Support in the planning, documentation and implementation of migration and unbundling measures Support for IT Cost Management, Auditing, Licensing Overviews and Service Provider Contracts Participation in IT emergency management, authorization management, IT security and compliance in coordination with the IT of the parent company and internal and external partners
