Quality Management Staff (m/f/d)

Collection and processing of complaints / consumer requests Support and control of external hygiene service providers in the areas of laundry, pest control and cleaning Implementation, evaluation and documentation of hygiene monitoring according to cGMP conditions (water, air, plants, personnel) Support in the processing of deviations and the determination and follow-up of corrective measures Compilation of statistics and reports Support for projects in the field of packaging Responsibility for testing equipment monitoring Working with quality projects (e.g. warehouse tests)

Training or studies in food technology or food chemistry Multiannual professional experience in quality management and basic knowledge in quality assurance and quality management of a life-skill-producing company Basic knowledge of standard requirements for the food sector (IFS, BRC, Bio, FSMA and “Birthed Era” gluten-free-AOECS standard) Flowing knowledge in German and good knowledge in English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work Designed safety, responsibility and quality awareness Openness and pronounced communication skills
