We are a studio for SCHMUCK DESIIGN OBJEKTE

A goldsmith for unikat jewellery and special design handcrafted very strongly oriented with seat in stone, middle french. In our studio and in our workshop, jewellery items are custom made. With our brands GLANZ AND GLORIA by Beatrice Müller and X-Design by Beatrice Müller and CuNz-x the Mutmachercollection, we are represented worldwide in selected galleries and jewelry stores.

To expand our team, we are looking for a team assistant / secretariat (m/w/d) in full time or part time at the next time.

Tasks:

• Support and discharge of management in the daily business
• appointment arrangements and structured planning of operations
• Support of the team in the preparation of sales areas, among others: customer reception, general cleanliness
• if necessary. Leading sales talks (will be learned as needed), creating statistics and presentations
• General office activities, Internet research, databases
• Creating forms and documents in Excel

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
• Customer friendliness
• Aesthetic sense
• Precise, detailed, highly structured and comprehensible work
• well-kept appearance, they are the representative of our company
• independent work, reliable and team capable
