As (Senior) Retail Media Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for the development and implementation of Retail Media Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales at BAUHAUS Together with the team and internal stakeholders, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of the sales of our advertising space through various channels, including digital media, print and social media You identify potentials through market and competitive analyses and find ways to advance your ideas in line with our corporate goals You establish close relationships with our external partners:inside, optimierst processes and cooperation in accordance with requirements and thus increase the growth of Retail Media Together with the team, you control the performance of retail media activities based on defined KPIs and thus ensure the best possible quality for our partners: inside and out

You have successfully completed an economic studies or a comparable training, ideally with marketing, digital media or e-commerce Multiannual professional experience in marketing, PR or key account management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector Very good knowledge of process management, data management, stakeholder management and marketing; Experiences with SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing are beneficial You are a real team player, have a high degree of persuasion and communicate strongly in German and English
