Your tasks: Intensification of the kitchen team at various items Pre- & preparation of cold & hot food for early, lunch & evening care Compliance with prescribed recipes Portioning of meals & preparation of delivery Support in planning & ordering goods goods acceptance & retrieval of goods from the warehouse Instruction of kitchen aids Involvement in personnel deployment planning & - implementation & documentation of the guidelines of the HACCP concept your professional training completed Chef (w/m/d) Ideally experience in a large kitchen experience with the Cook-&-Chill process Handicraft skills & creativity Well-kept exterior & good ways of handling Professional & independent working flexibility, reliability & team skills Good knowledge of German (min.
