Aftermarket Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the supply chain and purchasing organization in the aftermarket business with direct line of report to the Director Operations Close strategic cooperation with the global group acquisition as well as the international aftermarket and logistics hubs (Europe, USA, China) for the use of synergies, implementation of product group strategies and optimization of supplier, cost and risk structures Ensuring global spare parts availability and optimization of stocks, planning and retrieval processes over the entire product life cycle Leadership and further development of purchasing and supply chain teams including strategic organization and process development Definition and control of relevant KPIs (service levels, costs, stocks, delivery performance) with consistent derivation of improvement measures

Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading shopping and/or supply chain function, ideally in aftermarket or spare parts business Evidence of experience in cooperation with a global group purchase Leadership experience in international, matrix-organized structures Very good understanding of management category, global supply chains and inventory strategies Designed analytical, strategic and operational competence High communication strength, enforcing ability and strong stakeholder management capabilities Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages of advantage
