Organisation and administration of appointments Maintenance and management of databases and systems, e.g. collection and maintenance of master/product data Support in creating reports and evaluations for category performance (e.g. sales figures, stock) Preparation of presentations and documentation for internal meetings and decisions Contact with suppliers to clarify administrative and operational issues Coordination of sample requirements and product specifications Support in order processing and control of delivery dates and stocks Coordination of internal processes between Category Management and Logistics Support in preparation and implementation of product launches and promotions

You have a successfully completed commercial training or comparable training, at best with the focus on Purchasing/ Category Management You have collected first professional experiences in comparable positions You have very good knowledge of all common MS Office programs (especially Excel) You are hungry for results and success; you think analytic and customer oriented You have excellent communication skills, understand yourself as a team player:in and convince by good ideas You master German and English in word and writing
