You accompany an interdisciplinary Scrum team within the Federation staff

You moderate Scrum-Zeremonien in the team as well as team-wide appointments and processes. You bring structure and clarity into communication, prioritization and decision-making processes

You work with a clear feel for good processes and gelling collaboration in your different, granular roles: sometimes as a frame holder: for complex decision-making processes, sometimes as a critical:r questioner:in, sometimes as a resource-oriented:r team coach:in

In doing so, you shape the how active and find a good balance between theory and pragmatic approach.

You support self-organization, development and growth and help transform tensions into productive solutions - in the team, in a community of practice and in the Federation

Through your multi-year professional experience as Scrum Master / Team Coach in a scaling environment, you have practical skills to effectively accompany teams and team-wide processes

Your studies or your comparable further education (e.g. systemic advice or organizational development, mediation or the like) equips you with theoretical knowledge

As a business analyst, Claudia ensures the legal conformity of our wage billing and employee management solutions, translates legal and technical requirements into feasible concepts.

Our team language is German, so very good German skills (min. C2) are a must
