Specialist in user insights and product innovation (job for all genders)

You exchange with users on site:inside (e.g. industrial customers, craftsmen) and consultants:inside (e.g. specialist trade, construction market) to product needs, concerns and application-oriented specifications to identify information, pain points and trends You are analysing changes in building materials, industrial requirements and feedback to expand our understanding of market conditions and our future product portfolio using different methods (e.g. survey, focus group, know-how transfer) As an idea collector and knowledge provider, you regularly exchange internally with your own PM collegiate: in addition to product development, design, (after-)sales or also academy and provide your information sustainably and digitally Your travel activities not only pay for the product (further) development process, but also improve customer interaction and aim for increased customer satisfaction and retention

You are an impulse generator:in and brings matching power tool experience with based on your completed training incl. Further education (e.g. technicians) or a relevant study (e.g. technical BWL) You can systematically generate customer feedback, user expectations and market trends (50% travel activity in Europe) and want to use your empathy in a result-oriented and cross-functional way (in/outside) Your analytical skills will lead you to solutions (strategic vision) that you can communicate skillfully in a dynamic environment – German and English required at C level, further language skills of advantage As a customer’s voice (VoC, customer centricity), you can digitize interviews, observations and evaluations via Microsoft O365 (a.k.a. Excel and PowerPoint) and do not scare back from statistical evaluations with matching SharePoint setup
