Qualification: Training in construction, e.g. as a specialist in track construction, civil engineering or road construction, with further training to the tested polisher (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d); alternatively experience as a foreman (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual experience in track construction, civil engineering or railway infrastructure Knowledge: Safe handling of technical regulations (DB lines, VOB, DIN standards) Personality: Structured and solution-oriented mode of work, team spirit, capacity for implementation and awareness of responsibility Enthusiasm: readiness to work at weekends, assembly and shifts Mobility: Class B licence required (private-use service) and nationwide readiness to travel for construction sites
