You lead the branch as an independent profit center You lead, motivate and lead the internal sales team You accept the acquisition, advice and support of our customers You are available for personnel and selection Create and monitor as branch management You the annual budget You are co-responsible for the management, operation control and motivation of our temporary workers

You have completed vocational training (technical or technical) or a degree (uni/FH/BA) You have already gained several years of professional experience in the personnel service industry You are communicative, flexible, result-oriented and team-leading As a branch manager, you are happy to work with people and have an excellent negotiating skills You are in possession of a valid driving permit (class B) and also have good computer skills
