Processing of operating costs (m/f/d)

The operating costs team controls the data exchange with our measuring service providers (heating, water). You check the consumption data for plausibility, arrange corrections, prepare the data for our operating costs accounting and transfer our user data correctly to the service providers. You keep an eye on the trends in consumption and recognise vulnerabilities in comparison with previous periods for the respective economic units. You create analyses and evaluations as well as work on the annual accounts. You process questions and contradictions. In the contract management (measuring services, utilities, green facilities, house cleaning, winter service) you also work. In doing so, you will introduce suggestions for optimizing operating costs. In projects and workgroups, you can also set impulses for digitalization topics and process optimizations.

You have successfully completed a relevant training (ideally real estate businesswoman/mann). Practice-proven knowledge in comparable tasks will be brought to you. The relevant laws and regulations (including heating costs regulation) are not strange to you. You work structured and think analytical. Experiences in working with a housing ERP software as well as a sovereign handling of MS Excel complete your profile.
