In the course of further growth, we are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) timber construction / prefabricated building / construction for construction projects in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg at the next possible time.

In this responsible position, you take over the independent construction and construction site management of your projects - from the construction site preparation to the coordination of the plants to the turnkey house transfer. As a central contact for contractors, subcontractors and internal project participants, you will ensure a smooth project process and high customer satisfaction.

Own-responsible building management and project management of prefab house, timber construction and wooden frame construction projects from construction site preparation to house transfer in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg Assessment of the respective construction site and access situation before the start of construction and early clarification of project-relevant framework conditions Coordination and control of subcontractors, structures and own assembly teams as well as ensuring a smooth construction process Responsibility for appointments, quality, costs and progress of construction, as well as monitoring the technical and normative execution Central interface between builders, entrepreneurs and internal project participants with professional and solution-oriented communication Implementation and monitoring of construction site checks, acceptances and quality checks and digital documentation of all relevant project operations Accompanying service, defect and warranty topics up to successful project completion

Completed technical training, training or studies in construction, e.g. as a construction engineer, carpenter, wooden construction master, polisher, civil engineer or comparable Multiannual practical experience in construction, project processing or construction site coordination, ideally in prefabricated houses, prefabricated timber, wooden frames or engineering timber construction Funded knowledge in the management of contractors, trades and assembly teams, as well as in the handling of technical specifications and standards Safe and binding occurrence against private builders, project partners and exporting companies Self-structed, structured and solution-oriented working with a pronounced organizational talent and a sense of responsibility Digital affinity and safe handling of common office and documentation tools Ready to travel within the project area and Class B licence
