In the field of system infrastructure (area 3.2), a number of posts shall be considered as: IT Server Administrator:in (m/w/d) with relevant professional experience indefinitely in full-time, at one of the locations Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam or Neuruppin. The position will be remunerated until the payment group 11 TV-L if the personal conditions are present. Your tasks: ensuring a smooth IT service/computer center operation (server, storage, backup – without exception on-premise); Use of modern management and monitoring tools independent administration of different IT systems; error analysis and correction; Processing of orders/interfaces active development of the IT infrastructure in the team; joint development of new solutions; Creation of concepts, establishment of processes and standards Safeguarding the necessary documentation and report management Support of IT projects Automation of routine administrative tasks or recurring processes using scripts (e.g. PowerShell)

Your profile: indispensable technical requirements: Successful completion of a relevant university degree (Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) or vocational training for the state-tested:r Techniker:in or comparable IT training broad, practical knowledge and multiannual professional experience in the use and operation of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, if necessary with certification) and their roles (e.g. Hyper-V, SQL Server) as well as container platforms in larger infrastructures retrieval knowledge in the operation of server infrastructures (in particular clusters and hyperconverged infrastructures); Knowledge of the administration of SAN experience in dealing with common management and monitoring tools (e.g. SCCM, SCVMM); Experience with the automation of tasks using scripts indispensable extracurricular conditions: independent, structured and result-oriented operation and flexibility in changing tasks/requirements knowledge of German in word and writing Car driver's license and willingness to travel within the state of Brandenburg and Berlin desirable: social competence, team skills and clear and open communication clear and analytical thinking and approach high customer and service orientation as well as a binding occurrence towards external partners, even in stress situations
