We work in the 4-shift model as follows: operating time from Monday to Sunday (completely continuous, also on holidays) with 4 shift groups. A layer block is always 7 days, after which one or more free days come. Usually the free days fall about once a month to a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the other free days this month fall on days under the week (Monday to Friday).
