Be there when Union Investment continues to expand the use of Jira and Confluence applications. As a (Junior) IT-Application Manager*in, you take responsibility for the safe operation of cross-sectionally used applications at Union Investment. This includes support in the planning, design and implementation of usage scenarios for Jira and Confluence, as well as the useful use of tools and processes for operating the IT infrastructure and applications. Together with your colleagues and others responsible for Atlassian Tools, you will help shape the new digital workplace at Union Investment. Your core tasks include: Advice and support in the planning, implementation and introduction of Jira and Confluence processes. In doing so, you collect and evaluate customer requirements and accompany the migration of Jira and Confluence to an Atlassian SaaS solution Administration, configuration and further development of Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence, including implementation of releases and updates to ensure a stable and efficient operation Monitoring and control of the required IT infrastructure for Jira and Confluence in Microsoft Azure to ensure high availability and security of the platform Responsibility for the strategic and technical development of the Atlassian tool landscape to continuously improve cooperation and productivity Identification and implementation of innovative automation and AI solutions to optimize processes and increase user experience sustainably You are a graduate or have already gained first professional experience and are you inspiring for a specific topic? Complete university studies in (economic) informatics, economy or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in implementing or managing Jira and Confluence Practical experience in IT application operation in regulatory environment Knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Java, REST and ideally in Python Experience with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD and automation solutions Knowledge of ITIL-based processes We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
