Completed training as a doctoral assistant Medical/specialist (MFA) • Experience in dealing with medical software (KIS, SAP etc.) • Good IT skills (MS Office, Hospital System, Outlook) • Knowledge in dealing with the Internet • Patient-oriented handling • Team spirit and high engagement • Friendly, customer-oriented appearance • Self-employment and organizational ability • Security in personal and telephone contact

Your duties

• Preparing, organising and coordinating the outpatient office, including scheduling, scheduling and appointment • organisation and management of the workflows in close cooperation with the medical and interdisciplinary team • implementation of blood collections and, where appropriate, further assisting activities in the outpatient area • preparation, processing and dispatch of doctor's certificates and responding

Conditions

Remuneration by EC 5 TVET • Working time 38.5 hours per week • Very good training opportunities

Adjustment requirement: before commencement of activity - proof of measles immunity / mascot protection vaccination for born after 1970.
