Your duties

• Implementation and participation in the further development of the concept of the internate
• Individual rehabilitation planning for participants
• Design of group life and group processes according to the method of Positive Peer Culture
• Cooperation in cross-group projects
• Targeted leisure activities and individual learning promotion
• Crisis intervention and reporting to cost-beneficiaries
• Cooperation with parents, relatives and legal representatives

Your conditions

• A (almost) completed training as a state-of-the-art educatorin or social educationin B.A. / Bachelor of Social Work or a comparable qualification. We can also offer professionals who are close to the final exams at the end of their training.
• willingness to lead groups (in the PPC approach) as well as interdisciplinary team and project work
• Verbal skill, applied and precise in writing
• Sensitivity in dealing with participants and their relatives
• Class B licence
• readiness for shiftwork
• Detection of personal suitability for the care and supervision of minors (proposal of an extended management certificate according to § 30a para. 2 BZRG)
• Loyality towards church and deacons
