Referent Technical Consultant and Coordination (m/f/d)

You have a good sense of technical developments and systems, you think strategically and you like to work connected? Then we are shaping the technological development of the media system landscape. In this role, you take responsibility for the coordination and strategic support of technical projects between the Bayerischer Rundfunk and the ARD. You keep technical developments in mind, connect closely with the departments of the BR and the ARD (e.g. ARD Tech-Unit), bring topics – and at the same time ensure that existing technical solutions are developed or migrated.

You analyze and evaluate existing and emerging technical solutions and systems in the BR and in the ARD and ensure a balance You work closely with a wide range of specialist areas as well as enterprise and system architects of the BR and the ARD to develop the technology landscape strategically. In doing so, you align the technical roadmaps of the ARD and the BR and develop necessary migration paths together with the colleagues You act as a mediator between the strategic level on the one hand and the professional-operative level on the other hand. You build strong relationships with the ARD and within the BR and plead them. You act as a strategist as well as a technical expert and use a target group-oriented communication As a director of the Directorate, you can always support the processing of templates, reporting, briefings, inquiries, etc. – with a view through a strategic-technical spectacle

You have completed your studies in the field of (economic) informatics, engineering or comparable discipline and have already established professional experience You have extensive experience and knowledge of how heterogeneous IT and media system landscapes are built and operated and how these interact together You have very good knowledge of current media technologies and process management You have already applied methods of enterprise architecture management yourself You have experience in a management or strategic advice You can also keep track of complex topics, think networked and long-term and prepare decisions systematically Your structured and, above all, self-responsibility work makes you a valuable team member You convince by a clear, comprehensible communication and a sovereign appearance on all levels
