Your tasks Operational implementation of ICT incident management (identification, classification, documentation and communication of ICT incidents and reporting of serious ICT incidents) Continuous development of incident management processes including the incident management manual Development of the JIRA ticket system and introduction of an alarm tool Shaping the interface between incident and emergency management Participation in incident and emergency exercises as well as creation and maintenance of runbooks and emergency plans Because you convince.
