Group Leader – Integration Assistance Reinickendorf

You are responsible for the pedagogical work in a group of adult people with assistance needs in our Biberbau residential complex and ensure a person-oriented accompaniment. You work in the reliable 2-layer system (between 5.30 am – 22.00 pm incl. Weekends) and implement individual participation goals of the residents. You take over the service planning as well as need-oriented personnel planning and ensure a smooth running in everyday life. You organize your team of about 6 employees and support professional and structural. You actively participate in the reference assistance and participation planning and are the central contact person for the installation management.

You have a completed study in social education / social work or an education as a nursein / educatorin. You bring experience in integration aid and sound knowledge of the BTHG. You are characterized by clear and valuable communication. With problems, you are going to be solution-oriented. You are happy to work independently with a dedicated team. In addition, you are able to critically question your pedagogical action. You carry our Christian human image and our mission and make it visible in your everyday work.
