Planning, calculation and control of extensive industrial engineering projects for the industrialization of new or existing KÜSTER Group products at the Ehringshausen site Support in the creation of relevant project documents, such as specifications or P-FMEAs Monitoring project progress taking into account budget, timetables, technical specifications and internal or external requirements Coordination and monitoring of process-relevant changes within the framework of serial support Initiation of all necessary measures to comply with economic and technical KPIs Reporting to internal and external stakeholders Definition and coordination of CS projects at location level Participation in site-specific plant planning and layout optimization Disciplinary and professional team management of the Industrial Engineering division at Ehringshausen

Education: Complete university studies in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering Experiences and know-how: Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the field of industrial engineering as well as in the automotive field, experience and references in the implementation and coordination of complex industrial engineering projects, knowledge in the field of process cost calculation and the creation of process FMEAs according to VDA and AIAG, experience in the field of personnel management Language: Very good knowledge of German and English in Word and Schrif Personality: team skills, communication strength, self-initiative, structured working methods, distinct hands-on-mentiality
