You support our HR team in operational day-to-day business and carry out various administrative tasks You care and manage personal documents in our HR systems and digital personal files You process and independently perform recurring organizational tasks You keep various topics, dates and deadlines in mind and ensure their follow-up You are researching personal questions and providing information clearly You'll start work certificates using our certificate generator You rework and update documents, templates, forms and presentations You support the optimization of administrative processes and introduce your own ideas

You are an impersonated student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of business management, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable course of study You work carefully, reliable and structured You organize yourself and keep track of multiple tasks You enjoy administrative activities and you like to work in the team You have good knowledge in common MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint You are responsible and discreet with confidential information You have German knowledge at the native language level in word and writing We are interested in long-term cooperation. We therefore wish to have an employment period of at least two semesters. During the semester you work 15 to 20 hours a week. In the lecture-free period there is the possibility to increase your working time to up to 39 hours per week.
