We are looking for this newly created staff office on behalf of our customer, an innovative and family-run industrial company with several hundred employees and decades of tradition! The customer plans to occupy the job in the long term and as part of the recruitment (direct setting). What does this mean for you? The core task: business development strategies to generate sustainable growth... ... They identify, develop and implement business development strategies and work closely with the management and internal departments of our customer to promote sustainable growth. These varied tasks await you: Analysis of market and competitive conditions and derivation and implementation of appropriate strategies Development of new business areas to secure and expand market shares Identification and development of new business areas, customers, partnerships and product and service offers Creating sound business cases and business plans in cooperation with Finance/Controlling Implementation of SWOT analyses to derive strategic recommendations Close cooperation with the management and internal interfaces, in particular in the areas of sales, marketing, product development and finance/controlling Participation in the creation of reports and the analysis of business figures

Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a Comparative Qualification Finded professional experience in a similar position as well as in project management (management and management of strategic projects) Very good knowledge of German and English; further language skills are advantageous Strategic, Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Power with High Implementation Strength Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and a targeted working method Standing for occasional missions
